Located on 4^th Street and just south of the Government Employment District and in the Capitol Riverfront submarket of Washington, DC, the site was previously an historic landscape and parking garage that Perseus TDC transformed to a 315-unit apartment building.  Upon entitlement, the firm sold the development rights to the property, and construction was completed in February 2021.
