The Foundry includes 520 luxury rental apartments over 25,000 SF of retail, all within walking distance to the Eisenhower Avenue Metro station.  Completed in March of 2020, the project is an adaptive reuse of a 660,000 SF office building and features best-in-class amenities such a three-story fitness facility, a sports bar and game room, and two expansive roof decks, one with a pool and the other with outdoor dining, firepits and amazing views of Old Town Alexandria.    Sold December, 2021.

Located in the heart of the NoMa submarket of Washington, DC at 1000 First St, NE, this trophy mixed-use project includes a 500-unit apartment building, a 235-key four-star full-service Marriott hotel and 40,000 SF of retail. The project is a partnership with Buccini-Pollin and Four Points.  Completed in Q3 2022.

Located on 4th Street and just south of the Government Employment District and in the Capitol Riverfront submarket of Washington, DC, the site was previously an historic landscape and was transformed into a 315-unit apartment building.  Upon entitlement, the firm sold the development rights to the property, and construction was completed in February 2021.

The Six, located in University Town Center area of Hyattsville, MD, is a mixed use community extending the Gateways Arts District in Prince George’s County. The Six encompasses sustainable 316 apartments, 2,000 SF of retail, 272 parking spaces and expansive amenities including a top floor pool terrace and recreational space, and the main lobby welcomes residents and visitors to a two level co-working, fitness, and lounge space.. Completed in Summer, 2023.

Block 3 is a mixed use development in Alexandria, VA. The project is a 31 story tower with 750 luxury apartments, 940 parking spaces and 40,000 SF of retail. It will provide best in market amenities and be the tallest building in Alexandria, VA.

This 158-unit apartment building in the Dupont Circle submarket of Washington, DC was approved by the Historic Preservation Review Board in 2019 and began construction in the Summer of 2021. Project completed in March, 2023.

This 35-unit boutique condominium with 10,000 sf of ground floor retail is located in the iconic Pennsylvania Avenue and Capitol Hill submarket of Washington, DC.  The site was the home of Frager’s Hardware for the past 100 years.   After the hardware store burned down, Perseus TDC restored the historic facade and built the new condo building. The project was completed in the Spring of 2019.

Prospect Hill is located at 141 Westfield St. in downtown Greenville, SC. This 160 unit luxury apartment building is scheduled to begin construction in Q1 2026.

This 275,000 SF office building located Arlington VA has truly innovative design, expansive retail offerings and puts a bold exclamation point on the Rosslyn/Ballston corridor.  The building is distinguished by a sweeping glass curtain wall, jewel-box style lobby with 25′ ceilings, stone and glass finishes, 9′ ceiling heights and 25,000 square feet of on-site retail.

This seven-floor, 144,000-square-foot trophy office building is the home of the  Virginia Tech Research Center. This project has achieved U.S. Green Council LEED-Gold certification. The sleek, curving east façade follows the profile of the “faster”, commercial Glebe Road.  A two-story clear glass podium holds the building lobby, exhibit space, street retail, an outdoor terrace and conference center.
